Please do not copy and paste from other editors, especially Word or Outlook.
When you copy and paste from another editor, our email editor doesn't know how to change the fonts, colours, size or anything to so with the style of whatever you've pasted.
This is because you have pasted text from an external source that our editor does not recognise.The easiest thing to do is to paste it into Notepad (which removed all styling) and then paste it into the editor.
This will make the text default style and the editor will then be able to work with it.
