You probably want to recieve enquiries and reservations automatically through your website or Facebook, which is great because we can do that!
To do this, follow the steps below:
Step 1. Log into your MyGuestlist account
Step 2. Click on the Guestlist Tab
Step 3. Switch the view from Guestlist to Reservations
Step 4. Click on Website Forms in the orange menu
Step 5. Click on Create form
Step 6. Enter a name for your Form (only you will see this)
Step 7. Select an alignment (you can change this at a later point)
Step 8. Change the fields as required
Step 9. Change the dates, rules and notifications to suit your venues needs
Step 10. Grab the code and place it on your website
NOTE: When a customer submits a reservation, you will need to go into the reservation and confirm it by clicking on the Booking Status drop down. The reservation will still display in your list but it will have less options.
