How do I set up an Update Details campaign?

An Update Details campaign allows your patrons to update any current details they have in there database, as well as allowing you to ask for extra data.

 

1. Open the Email Editor (Standard and Advanced Mode both contain this option)

 

2. Click on Personal Links

 

3. Select Update Details from the drop down box.

 

4. Select the form you would like to use for the update details campaign

 

5. Click OK and a link will be placed in your email.
