1. Log into your MyGuestlist account

2. Click on the Database tab

3. Click on Website Forms in the Orange Menu (top left corner, 2nd item from the bottom)

If you haven't created a form yet, please see How do I create a form for my website for instructions on how to set this up.

Under the name of the form, click on Code 

From here, we recommend you click on Get JavaScript Code, but if your website doesn't support JavaScript then click on Generate/Edit.

For the JavaScript code, you only need to copy/paste onto your website.

To get the JavaScript code, click on the button

Then Copy/Paste all the text in the box
