Not sure how to stop people from using the same ticket twice? Don't worry about it, we've got that covered!

Here at MyGuestlist, we pride ourselves on covering everything to make your event nice and easy without any hiccups. All you need to do is grab yourself a scanner and you're good to go.

(You'll need to have a laptop ready to go to scan barcodes)

To start up this process, you'll need to purchase yourself a scanner. You can do this on ebay, officeworks, or anywhere else that sells those kinda of products (you could even try dick smith or harvey norman).

The scanner you want to purchase needs to be a USB, 2D plug & play (no installation required) barcode scanner.

Once you've got the scanner ready to go, jump on your laptop and go to: http://tickets.myguestlist.com.au/checkin/login/

Log in with your normal account details

You'll see a list of all the events you currently have (like so)

Click on 'Start Check In' to view all of the attendees for this event.

You'll should see the layout like below:

Now you get to grab that shiny new scanner and start putting it to work!

All you need to do is scan the barcode on the printed paper, and that's it! The person will automatically be checked in.

If the ticket is fake, it will show the following:

If the ticket has already been scanned, the above will say there is a duplicate.
