The Email tab inside your ticketed event allows you email the patrons who have purchased a ticket to this event.
Enter the:
From Name: Your venue/business name
Reply To Email: If a patron responds, who should receive the email?
E-mail Subject: The subject line displayed in the patrons email client (gmail/outlook)
- this is the most important line for spam triggers.
E-mail Template: Select your email template from the drop down that you would like to send out. This will need to have been created previously to setting this up.
Attendee Status: Do you want to send this to all patrons? Only active patrons or only patrons who have been refunded?
