1. Log into your account

 

2. Click on the Social tab 

 

3. Click on 'Broadcast/Update Status'

 

4. Click on 'Twitter Direct Message'

 

5. Enter a name for a new campaign

 

 

6. Select the Profile you'd like to send the direct message from

 

 

7. Select the patrons you would like to message.

You can search for patrons by clicking on 'Search' and entering details.

 

 

8. Enter your message into the box.

 

 

9. Select whether you'd like to send it now or later. 

Selecting to schedule has a pop up box asking for the date and time, then displays a screen asking you to confirm you'd like to send it out.

 

For this example, we're selecting 'Send Now'.

 

 

10. Check that the details for the direct message is correct, and click on 'Send this campaign now' at the bottom.
