By going into the Database tab and then into the Website Forms in the Database menu, you can view the different forms you currently have created.

By selecting the Submissions options, this will take you to a report page that shows you all the statistics on your forms performance.

Note: If this form is not placed on your website or facebook, there will be no data available to view.
