There are four ways you can check in your patrons for an event:
1. Using the online ticketing app
You can use our web check-in app (via a laptop) in combination with a scanner to check your patrons in. Click here for more details.
2. Using the iPhone app
You can use our iPhone app to scan your patrons in using the phones camera. Click here for more details.
3. Using an iPad or an Android tablet.
A Guestlist is created in your account once the deadline for your event has been reached, and is updated 15 minutes before the start time for your event.
Download the MyGuestlist Manager app through iTunes or the Play store, login using your normal details and start checking your patrons into your event.

4. External to MyGuestlist (Third Party)
If you have your own hardware/software, you can export your patrons from the event and load it into your own system to use for your event.
To export a list of your attendees, go to the Reporting tab and click on 'Run Export' to the right of 'Export Attendees' and load that into your system. Click here for instructions on getting there.
