Form Submission Approval - Managing Notifications

This article covers how to set up and manage notifications when the Submission Approval is turned on.

1. Click on 'Notification Settings'

2. Click on 'Notifications sent to contacts'

SUBMISSION PENDING

Send an instant reply when a submission for this form is received. Use this to let the contact know their submission has been received, but not approved yet.

SUBMISSION APPROVED

When you approve a submission for this form, you can send the contact a campaign letting them know their submission has been approved.

SUBMISSION DECLINED

When you decline a submission for this form, you can send the contact a campaign letting them know their submission has been declined.

1. Click 'Send Email'

2. Enter the:

From Name (your venue name)

Reply to Email (if someone replies, what email address should it go to?)

Email Template

Email Subject 

If you instead would like to send a SMS

1. Click on 'Send SMS'

2. Select 'Yes - Send an SMS to the contact' and enter the from name (your venue name) and the SMS into the box provided.
