When a reservation has been created, why are some tabs greyed out?

When a reservation is created both internally and externally, the booking needs to be confirmed before it can be assigned tables and purchases.

 

This is especially useful for when you are accepting reservations from a website form.

 

To confirm a reservation, simply edit the Reservation, go to the Enquiry tab (the default landing tab) and click on the drop down next to Booking Status and change it to Confirmed.
