How do users receive tickets?

After a customer has purchased a ticket for your event, they are emailed with the following:

 

 

 

They will also have a ticket attached to the email, which will look similar to the image below. However, we do provide you some customisation options of the PDF page and instructions on how to do this can be found here.

 

Below is the PDF ticket patrons which has both a barcode and a QR code to allow for different modes of check-in.
