1. Log into your MyGuestlist account

2. Click on the Database tab

3. In the search box:

Enter the patrons details to search for them ( we always recommend using their email address or mobile number as they're unique in the database.)

Then click the Search button

Now you'll see all the people in your database with those details

To edit this patrons details, click on the 'Edit' icon under actions

 Click on the 'Details' tab

To edit the email address, click on the text (for this example, click on '[email protected]) and a box will appear allowing you to edit the text.

This is the same case for all other fields you want to edit.

To edit or add a category, click on the text or the empty space next to the word categories to open the box.

Make sure you Save & Close
