1. Log into your MyGuestlist account
2. Click on the Ticketing tab
3. Click on Dashboard under the event name
4. Click on the Attendees tab
5. Click on 'Search Attendees'
6. Enter the details for your patron
7. To refund the ENTIRE transaction click on the drop down box under actions & select Refund/Delete.
If there is no Refund option it means you have already withdrawn the funds for that purchase so you will need to email [email protected] with the registration number and whether or not you want to refund the booking fee.
8. To refund a SINGLE transaction, click on 'Related tickets'
9. and to refund an individual ticket click on the drop down next to that ticket and select 'Refund/Delete'.
If there is no Refund option it means you have already withdrawn the funds for that purchase so you will need to email [email protected] with the registration number and whether or not you want to refund the booking fee.
The money can take from 3 to 5 working days to be returned to the customer depending on their bank.
