How do I save my excel database as CSV?

The default save for any Excel file is xlsx, or xls if you're using Excel 2003 or prior.

Below is a default saved contact list:

 

As you can see the name is Book1.xlsx - we need it to be Book1.csv

 

To do this, you need to go to File, Save as and select CSV (comma delimited) (*.csv) from the list of Save as type, as diplayed below:

 

 

 

 

If you're using Excel 2010, you may get a message saying the following:

 

 

This is no problem, just click OK and your file is now in the correct format to upload to the MyGuestlist Database! Click yes to the next window you get as well.
