1. Log into your MyGuestlist account.
2. Click on the Social Tab
3. Select 'Facebook Applcations'
4. Select 'Appearance' under the appropriate form name
5. Select 'Change App Icon'
Click 'Choose form some read-to-go app icons to view some icons we've pre loaded for you.
Otherwise click on 'Upload my own' and browse for your image.
